No. Delivery is included with the price, along with setup, collection and all additional equipment needed.

If you want to cancel because of weather conditions this must be done well in advance. If you have not called us by the delivery time you will have to pay for the castle.

Mats are provided with all bouncy castles indoors and outdoors when required. It is not usually necessary when castles are on grass.

Helmets are supplied with sumo suits, bungee run, pillow bash and gladiator.

We have insurance cover up to £5 million. Copies can be made available upon request.

This is entirely up to you. It can be a short hire for 2 hours or all day. The castle can also be kept overnight for a 30% surcharge.

Yes. A surcharge of 30% is applicable and the equipment must be stored securely and kept dry overnight.
